AMT58 is the absolute encoder multi-turn standard industrial line, recommended for its price/performance ratio, very high resolution and accuracy for advanced applications. AMT58 is also available with the most common modular Fieldbus interfaces, or even Ethernet based integrated Fieldbus interfaces, offering the highest resolution and accuracy for precision motion control and length measurement. The typical applications for this encoder can be found in motion control, automated machinery, length measurement and positioning.

AST58 is the absolute encoder single-turn standard industrial line, recommended for its price/performance ratio, high resolution and accuracy for advanced applications. The typical applications for this encoder can be found in motion control, automated machinery, conveyor lines.

The draw wire accessory is used with the encoder for length measurement and position control applications. The wire head is fixed to an object, the movement of which rotates the encoder shaft and is thus possible to make measurements of displacement, length, or position up to 5 m of range. The accuracy is given by the ratio between the draw wire drum circumference and the encoder resolution, e.g.:
204.8 mm / 8192 CPR = 0.025 mm per code
200 mm / 10000 PPR = 0.02 mm per pulse

ENC41 is the low-end, encoder basic line, which distinguish itself for cost and dimension reduction, without compromising robustness and overall performance. The typical applications for this encoder can be found in working and assembling lines, automated packaging machinery, light conveyors.

ENC58 is the integral encoder standard industrial line, recommended for its wide range of models, price/performance ratio, high resolution and programmable version. The typical applications for this encoder can be found in motion control, automated machinery, conveyor lines.

IEP58 incremental encoders are conceived for an easy and full programmability, thus offering reduction of models along with very affordable prices and making it the ideal product line to stock for distributors, system integrators and machinery manufacturers.

Metric wheels are used with encoders mainly for length measuring applications and the accuracy is given by the ratio between the wheel circumference and encoder’s resolution, e.g.:
500 mm / 8192 CPR = 0.061 mm per code
500 mm / 10000 PPR = 0.05 mm per pulse

OEK4 has been developed for applications in conveyor belt motion control, length measurement and object positioning, improving measurement resolution and repeatability. The encoder kit comes already assembled in all its parts (encoder, wheels, support, spring), greatly reducing cost and installation time.
