The temperature controllers of the ELK 22 S series offer a high degree of flexibility due to their flexibly applicable build-up current.
Thanks to the detachable front unit, this regulator is not only mounted in the standard 48x48mm recess, but is also mountable in 22mm diameter holes through the M22 neck.

The temperature controllers of the THQ series are distinguished by a high-precision control behavior and are therefore particularly suitable for use in heat sealing and thermoforming processes of the automatic packaging processes. The initial autotuning AT and the permanent adaptive function ADT can be activated for the PID control, and thus the control times can be optimized in the case of frequent or rapid temperature jumps such as the start and stop of a process. Using the keypad and the simple or duplicated display, all the values and configurations of the controller, such as the sensor input, the control mode and the alarm functions, can be set, with the possibility of blocking the programming via three different safety levels. The exclusive LFA diagnostic function can detect faults in the entire control loop, e.g. A short circuit of the thermocouples or the defect of the resistors.
